Unlock Your Potential with the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI)

Discover the transformative power of energy awareness.

Go beyond personality tests—transform how you experience the world.

You may have explored personality tests like Myers-Briggs, DiSC, or Enneagram to better understand yourself and others. While these tools provide valuable insights, the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) takes a different approach.

Instead of measuring your personality, the ELI reveals how your attitudes and perceptions - your energy - shape your experience of the world.

Unlike fixed personality traits, your energy levels can shift with awareness and intention. By understanding your energy, you unlock the ability to consciously respond, rather than react, in any situation.

What Is The Energy Leadership Index?

The ELI is a research-backed assessment that measures your energy across seven distinct levels, reflecting your default reactions in times of stress and your empowered responses when you’re at your best. Your energy levels show up in how you think, feel, and respond in various areas of your life, including leadership, relationships, and personal growth.

How Is It Integrated With Coaching?

  1. The Assessment: A 20-minute online questionnaire providing a detailed snapshot of your current energy patterns.

  2. The Debrief: A 90-minute, one-on-one session with me, a certified Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), where we dive deep into your results, explore their impact, and co-create actionable strategies to move forward.

  3. The Journey (Optional): Embark on a coaching journey, using your ELI results as the roadmap, creating lasting change in your life and leadership.

Why Does Energy Have to do with Leadership?

Your energy directly impacts your ability to lead, connect, and thrive. Research shows that higher energy awareness correlates with greater life satisfaction, higher performance, and better leadership outcomes. For example:

  • Stronger Leadership Skills: Leaders with higher energy levels show better communication skills, engagement, and adaptability, and are seen as more effective and inspiring by their colleagues.

  • Improved Team Dynamics: Leaders with higher energy levels create more positive work cultures, foster better relationships, and are viewed as more supportive, motivating, and calm in the face of challenges.

  • Enhanced Work Satisfaction: Higher energy levels correlate with greater satisfaction in work relationships, productivity, and work-life balance.

  • Increased Life Satisfaction: Leaders with higher energy also report greater overall life satisfaction, including financial success, health, relationships and feeling of personal freedom.
